I'm use eclipse on debian (installed from eclipse.org, not from deb-packeges). The defual codepage in OS is UTF-8. Other people used eclipse from Windows. All comments in CVS in CP1251 and other people have not problems with it. But when I try review history, I got unreadable strings. So, CP1251 string displayed as UTF-8.
Where can I set codepage (CP1251) for CVS History? may be in confi-files, but where?
