Uhm, did you mean this in a positive or negative sense? Last
time I looked, 
their layout wasn't just ugly and horrible, it was outright
broken (you 
couldn't even read the text).

There is no way I could justify the taxpayer's money spent
on ordering this 
magazine. Which is sad.
