Or wishlist items? (We can't guarantee to grant wishes, even

of hackathons, but sometimes people are looking for work
displacement
activity...)

wishlist items can be reported with perlbug. Maybe that's a
bit of a bad name.
Perhaps it should also be installed as perlwish and
perlthanks
