make regen changed a file

I cloned bleadperl, then ran make regen. it changed a file.
IIUC, this means that somebody forgot to do it after
applying a patch ?

Yes, looks like I did. It was actually fixed by Rafael in
change 31812.

The file is correct in Perforce. But the rsync mirror is out
of date, because
it's stalled at change 31806
