Upgrade to IO::Zlib 1.07

The attached patch upgrades blead to IO::Zlib 1.07.  The .pm
file has
no changes other than the version number from the CPAN
version 1.06
and blead's 1.06_01.  As the only difference between the
CPAN version
and blead at present is in the test files, I don't see that
we need to
use 1.07_01.  If that's not the case, the please modify the
patch
accordingly.

OK, I'll bump the version in blead to 1.07, since the .pm
file is the same.
Note that the test files differ, though: the bleadperl ones
have the
obligatory preamble to be run as part of the core tests. (I
wish there
would be a better way to track those changes)
