Syncing blead and CPAN

The cpan 'r' command reports that blead is out-of-sync with
CPAN for
the following modules:

B::Lint                        1.09      1.11 
JJORE/B-Lint-1.11.tar.gz
Test::Harness::Straps       0.26_01      0.29
MSCHWERN/Test-Harness-Straps-0.29.tar.gz

Will these be updated before 5.10 goes out?  (Which
hopefully will be soon
