hostname.t busted

Net:omain
says that domainname may return undef if the FQDN can't be
determined.  Despite that, the test fails if it returns
undef, while other
tests skip in the same condition.

This patch corrects that behavior.

At present, this is the only failing test for 5.10 on my
box.
