Porters,

through nobody's fault except my own, File::Path 2.01 in
blead was not 
exactly the same as the version on CPAN. In the meantime,
someone has 
pointed out a mistake in the documentation, so I have taken
advantage of 
the code freeze to have exactly the same code in both
places.

The patch comes in 3 parts: the first one corrects the
documentation 
link, the second one puts the POD at the end of the file
(because I got 
tired of paging past it all the time) and the third and last
patch bumps 
the version to 2.02. All the other remaining changes concern
bringing 
CPAN up to blead and are thus of no concern here.

No code should be harmed during the application of these
patches.
