Preannouncement CPAN 1.9204

FYI,

during the weekend I got two bugreports against 1.9203. Both
are
addressed in an unstable release 1.92_51 that I made
yesterday.
Tonight I plan to make a branch and release for 1.9204 with
these two
bugs fixed and all other recent changes left out.
