Fwd: CPAN Upload: S/SA/SAPER/constant-1.12.tar.gz

Hello,

Attached is a patch to bump the version of constant.pm.
There is no code change. This release was made to address
CPAN- 
RT#30460, opened by Imacat: constant.pm was installed in
site instead  
of core, and therefore was shadowed.
