I need connect to a Web Service which require

authenticate by using 

UsernameToken on Header of the SOAP messages.

I know how to insert a security header into a SOAP

message, but I don't 

know how to create WS-Security UsernameToken header.

I googled and find WSRF::Lite but I did not give it a

try because I have 

some difficult to install this package on Win32.

Can anyone give me a hint?

Which tool/package can help create WS-Security header?

Some tutor/docs 

on this topic/the tool/ the package will be helpful.
