Using single UNIX command, I want to extract a variable and check the variable and print to the screen
  
For example:
  
0001|alpha|FOX|3333
  
0002|beta|FOX|4444
  
 
  
I want to extract 3rd variable and check the variable is FOX then print to the screen using single UNIX command.
