Eligibility	Candidates should have passed their Final Degree. Should have 60% in 10th, 12th, Degree and Post Graduation Should have very good communication skill. Candidates can come from any educational backgound but must be interested in a career in our industry The jobs are on-shore

Salary	25,000 / Month
Test	Aptitude
Selection Process	Aptitude test on the first day. On second day there would be HR round of interview for the students who clear the test on Day 1. shortlisted candidates will be informed though SHREDS site later.
General	There is no fees that the candidate needs to pay for the training.   There is no Bond that they need to sign.   The Company trains the candidates and identify them as future managers.

Company Web Site www.maerskline.com Shortlisted Candidates will have to undergo a Training Prog which is called M.I.S.E(Maersk International Shipping Education). The details of the program can be viewed at www.mise.edu The candidate joins Maersk as a MISE is an employee from Day 1 and starts getting salary, it's a Management Trainee program wherein the candidates are imparted on the job training in various fields like Marketing, HR, Sales, Operations, Accounts etc. They would be posted in 3 different profiles at 3 different locations for the first 2 years and along with that they would be expected to complete and clear some modules also. For the modules the Company would be sending them to Copenhagen(Denmark) for a 14 days modules(four times in 2 years). After the completion of two years the students would be expatriated to some other Country(Maersk have operations in 125 countries) for a duration of 2 years.
