error building PGP 9.0.6 Command Line

Hi,

My name is Jayenda and I've just joined this group.

While trying to build PGP 9.0.6 ComandLine on VS.NET, i got the error
message:

error PRJ0019: A tool returned an error code from "Collecting strings
into .\../../../../build/win32/DebugU\..\strings\PGPsdk.eng.strings"

i encountered this error twice while building PGPsdk and PGPsdkUI.

My OS is Win XP SP2.

I'd be very glad if anyone helps me about this..
