Hi list

I wish to send some files to people NOT conversant with PGP / GPG

is there a way to create an Self Decrypting Archive with GPG / or are
there good free tools to do that ?

Not in any way that I can think of with GPG/PGP. PGP and GPG were not
designed for this. There's probably a way to send an encrypted message
that can be decrypted simply with a passphrase, just not with GPG/PGP.

However, GPGshell _does_ offer the SFX option and it is a 'Free' Utility.
