You're using KMail which has native support for GPG; it should be a
simple case of Settings/Configure KMail, select your identity from the
"Identities" subpage, select "Modify", and then select the
"Cryptography" tab. However I've not used GPG with KMail so I can't help
you much more than just looking at it.
