Keyserver.pgp.com is not used by a lot of people because:

1. It only accepts keys with a verified email address
2. Keys have to be periodiclaly verified to remain on that server
3. It signs your key each time your email is verified

The most often used keyserver (actually it's a group of them) is
random.sks.keyserver.penguin.de - as it's name implies, you get a
"random" keyserver - which is part of the SKS network. They've all got
the same keys on them, they all talk to each other, and it's impossible
to remove a key from them.

Thank you for the information.

But now I have a few more questions.

I'm adding this keyeserver to my list of keyservers, but I don't know if I
have all of the correct settings in my PGP 9.5.

If any of these are incorrect please let me know.

For type I have PGP Keyserver LDAP

Address is random.sks.keyserver.penguin.de

Port is Default 389

Base DN is blank (because I don't know what it is.

Can you still assist me in these settings?
