Sorry, I wasn't aware that PGP normally uses LDAP keyservers. First, can
you check what other types there are? Otherwise, I only know of one
other LDAP keyserver:
keyserver.canadaemails.com on port 11371

PGP normally uses whatever you input, HTTP or LDAP (or their SSL variant).
ldap://keyserver.canadaemails.com on port 389 and 11371 is also accessed
by two other synchronizing servers at pgp.keyserver.ca and
keyserver.mycomputercop.com. The service was a single LDAP accessible
non-synchronizing server, but now includes two other synchronizing
servers for redundancy (all available via LDAP only on ports 389 and 11371).
My list of keyservers for my Enigmail plugin is:
ldap://pgp.keyserver.ca:11371,ldap://keyserver.pgp.com:389,
ldap://keyserver-legacy.pgp.com, ldap://europe.keys.pgp.com:11370,
