these are expected gnupg and pgp responses when a
clearsigned
message has the 'empty line' *omitted* between the HASH
line,
and the message text, and between the comment (or version)
line
and the signature block
.
as far as i can make out, yahoo compresses empty lines after
the
mail is sent, causing a bad sig.
.
that is why i have taken to starting otherwise empty lines
with
a period,
but can't really place it where gnupg or pgp doesn't allow
'any'
characters
(i.e. 
in between the HASH header line and beginning of the
message,
and beween the signature header and the beginning of the
signature block)
(re-adding the empty lines to those two places will confirm
the
signature in the previous post to which you were referred)

n.b. 
for anyone interested, who has the coding skills and the
time ;-
)
maybe you could 'modify' gnupg or the front end,
(in the gnupg user's group, the feeling was that this
belonged
in the 'front end' rather than gnupg proper),
to 'fix' the header errors if there is a line omitted ...
.
gnupg already gives an error message of 'invalid armor
header'
when the empty line is omitted,
the 'fix' would just need to:
[1] check if the line is omitted, and then add it
[2] check if there are characters in that line because of a
bad
wrap 
(this could be done simply by 'deleting' any characters
unless
they are a continuous 64 character string.
this would effectively distibguish between a wrapped comment
or
version line, which would be ok to delete,
and part of the radix 64 armor, which needs to be kept)
