Well, I have no idea what PGP means by "Complimentary 30 day Installation
Assistance by Email Grant," but it doesn't seem to mean what most folks would
mean by it.

I am assisting a client in regard to some email encryption issues - certain
emails from their server need to be encrypted - before they are sent along to
individual users/employees.

Three PGP Desktop Pro licences were purchased by the client. PGP installed on
two Windows XP machines without any problems (but oy vey, in an attempt to
make things "easier," I guess, they sure have screwed up the GUI to a point
where I had difficulty in getting it to work like I wanted).

On a third XP machine, an error message:

"Error #1721. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A
program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your
support personal or package vendor."

So we send off an email to support%40pgp.com">supportpgp.com. Get an automated email back that
says email support is not available and suggests we check out knowledge base
on website.

How does one actually get email support from PGP?

And anyone else ever come across this error?

Again, I'm a linux guy... although I've installed PGP on MS machines often
enough in the past.

Any thoughts would be great.

Ian
