Well, "fast" has nothing to do with it. And there is nothing on my part to
falsely tarnish a reputation. I'm reporting exactly what I have experienced.

Even with your further information provided below, (thank you, by the way), it
is far different than my expectations, based on every past corporation that
I've dealt with that offered "email support."

This isn't "email support" as I would define it based on past experience,
including my own "email support" I provide my clients. No one has to log in
to any web based account in order to get "email support."
