This is not "OLE Security". This is S/MIME, a
competing standard to
OpenPGP.

If you seriously think the U.S. government is intent on
reading your
email, then your best option is to stop using technology.
First World governments have large budgets, lots of
experience at
traffic interception, and smart, motivated technical
experts. Don't
think that you can just buy peace of mind just by waving a
little
magic crypto fairy dust over your problem.
