I am sure this is out there, so I will just ask.

How can I get PGP and/or GPG to run on my USB thumb drive?
I would
like to use it in GUI mode, on Windows XP computers.

Hello;

You can use "GPGshell" and "GPG". You
need to have a working copy
installed on your PC first. Then down load a utility called
"copy2USB"
from the "GPGshell" web site and extract it in to
your "GPGshell"
directory.

When you run this exe file it will ask were you want to
install it to.
I use a temporary directory aon my hard drive called
"1". Then just
copy this entire directory to your USB drive. You can in
fact copy it
any where you want and it will work. You will need to copy
your key
files and config file to the sub directory called gpg-home
in the new
directory.

In addition to the option to use GPGshell with GnuPG on a
thumb drive
there is also Mobility Email which will give You the same
versatility as
having a MUA on your Thumb Drive.

Or you could use Portable Thunderbird with Enigmail and
GnuPG built in:
