AFAIK there is no USB capable GUI that allows for ease of
file encryption.
I ran into the same problem, so I a couple of DOS batch
programs. One
handles text on the clipboard, and the other easily handles
files. Not a
true Windoze GUI by any means, but they're a lot better than
the command
line.
