Well I tried this again. Although I can get it to work, I've
again
removed it from my USB drive for two reasons:

1) GPGshell seems to forget where my keys are stored every
time I move
to a new PC. Opening the .ini file shows the GnuPGHome is
set to empty.
The  only way I've found to  stop this behavior is to set
the .ini file
to "Read Only".

2) GPGshell is over *20 times* as large as my batch file
setup, and adds
no additional functionality. GPGshell's key manager is
overkill, because
most Gnupg capable email programs will have a built-in key
manager.
