Users attempting to install MySQL under PHP5 on Windows may
have trouble if they use the MSI installer of PHP, which
does not include the DLL php_mysql.dll . 

In order to succesfully install MySQL on PHP5, download the
ZIP version of PHP, which includes the php_mysql.dll.
