note 62432 added to function.session-start

Thank you SO much Magnus O... yes I can confirm that:

exit(); 

is indeed the solution to all the problems I was having with
lost session data. I was experiencing it on one server, and
not on the identically configured test-server, only when I
wrote something to session, then did a redirect immediately.
