Modifying url_rewriter.tags to the above line in the php.ini
file gave me mixed results, including some pages adding the
sessionid after BOTH the form tag and the fieldset tag.
Then I noticed the comment at the top of the php.ini file:
"If you modify the file, you must copy it to all
subdirectories that contain php." This has to do with
the search order php uses to find the php.ini file. PHP
looks in the current working directory first.
