For those people trying to fix IE6's problem of recognizing
the filename attribute in Content-Disposition. I thought I'd
add that in addition to the fixes mentioned before, you have
to take note of invalid and sensitive characters in the file
name. For example, having a space or colon in the filename
will cause IE6 to use a randomly generated filename.
