note 78401 added to function.header

Sorry for the surprise - my page do the negotiation with the
client and prepare a chunk of data for him to send as a
file. 

Is there any chance to send the data directly within the PHP
code skipping the {create and write data to file}
procedure?? and then redirect to download page. 

Perhaps it is not allowed due to the security reason.
