unfortunately the extension does not work on Win32 with the
latest build PHP 5.2.4 (cli) (built: Aug 30 2007 07:06:31)
giving out a following error:
"The ordinal 3879 could not be located in the dynamic
link library LIBEAY32.dll"
furthermore, for openssl extension to get even noticed by
php, it's necessary to update the php.ini by adding:
extension=php_openssl.dll
simply copying the dll's won't do...
