note 78660 added to ref.printer

I've got a very strange problem on a PHP2.2.4/IIS6/WIN SRV
2003 STD configuration. When I'm trying to create a print
handle (<?php printer_open();?>) I'm geting this:

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 524288) (tried to
allocate
4294967295 bytes) in D:WWWSiteshelpu2reportsnir.php on
line 1

No answerer from any forum/PHP bug report/PECL bug report
till now.

Can anybody help me?
