Access denied for user: 'apache@localhost' (Using password: NO)

hi to all i created my first php site and upload it to the
domain and
created the database but i get this message "Access
denied for user:
'apachelocalhost' (Using password: NO)" so, how to
fix this problem.

hi, I think you should check if the user you are connecting
the mySQL
server is existing and flushed. Create new user (not called
Apache)
with password of your choice and Flush the priviladges

So what does 'flush privilages' do?  I have never used
this function.
