How to give personal user url on a dating website just like MySpace does?

You should have a look at Apache's mod_rewrite. You can
have it forward
a request like :-

myWebSite.com/user1

to

myWebSite/user_space?user=user1

or whatever you like and the user will just see the pretty
first
version. There are plenty of examples of mod_rewrite rules
about.
