i have tried that. i plugged my server in the inside ethernet port of
the firewall. the firewall is powered on. but the server does not
budge. i am supposed to see some message like " A new network
connection is detected.." right? but i dont see anything like that.
Do you guys happen to know what the default ip address of the inside
port of the pix is (the gateway port from the server)? If pix detects
the server, i should get into to the configuration manager if i type
that ip address in the internet explorer address bar.
