PIX and Proxy

Dear Friends,
In my Lan, i have to allow different messenger
services, like MSN, Yahoo, GoogleTalk, Skype (most
important).

I want to allow everything (to outside) for our proxy
server. What do you think about this. I tried this for
my laptop, allow the IP for my laptop, on my laptop,
all messengers were working fine, and in other
computers, there was Internet.

Please let me know your thoughts on this?

access-list inside_out permit ip host 192.168.101.2
any 
(ip for my proxy server is 192.168.101.2)
access-group inside_out in interface inside
