| WE are currently
seeking a high level Java developer/ programmer for a long term project in
Salem, OR. The position is highly dependent on JAVA and HTML. Below are listed
the skills desired for the position:
Provide
knowledge transfer to IS staff on an ongoing basis during the contract term. The
purpose of the knowledge transfer and mentoring services is to enable (CLIENT)
IS staff to develop and maintain CIS applications using the following tools :
Java/J2EE application design, development testing and implementation using Java,
Eclipse IDE, Hibernate (DB Persistence Layer), Log4J (Java Logging API), Struts
(Presentation Layer), JSP (View Layer), IIS (Static HTTP Server), Tomcat
(Dynamic Application Server), CVS (Source Control Software) configuration
management process and procedures, Bugzilla (Bug Reporting Application), RSA (
Security Client ), JUnit (unit testing tool), Cruise control, SQL, Java script,
Web Services, UML. Contractor will identify areas where additional training may
be necessary and make recommendations to the Project Manager if that training
cannot be accomplished within the scope of the
Contract.
Programmer-Analyst
capabilities with 8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and
judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performs a variety of complicated tasks,
may lead and direct the work of others, may report directly to a project lead or
manager, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
