Article Needed On Java Licensing

Ciao,

A friend of mine needs someone to write an article on Java
licensing.  Any
credible writers with knowledge in this way would be
considered, with decent
remuneration.  She writes:

"I'm looking for a credentialed, Java-focused writer
who can provide a
development timeline for the Java platform (similar in
structure to this
article on Linux: http://www.l
inuxjournal.com/article/6000), beginning with
its inception, through the introduction of various standards
bodies,
including the JCP and other standards bodies, and articulate
the differences
in licensing among Sun's CDDL and the open GPL and Apache
licenses without
editorializing."
