Kannada font encodings

Hi,

I am attaching some new Kannada font encodings and also the
updated Nandi
class. I am also attaching the list of websites using these
fonts.

Just out of curiosity, the attachment had just a text file
with some
URLs. I had been working on adding Akruti Padmini (used by
Prajavani),
but left the mapping incomplete. If you're interested in
continuing it,
please mail me off the list.
