RAVINDRA GARU,
You must be able to use an entire range of Unicode
supporting WYSIWYG
editors to type in Telugu or any other language.
The problem lies with inputting Telugu text, I for one use a
Telugu/Indic
keyboard (without interference from English letters).
For more detials you may see the group
http://grou
ps.google.com/group/telugublog
Regarding Transliteration from one language to another, you
can use
1) http://girgit.chitthaj
agat.in/
2) http://eemaa
ta.com/indic2indic/index.php (Based on Padma)
For example you may also look here <http://so
undarya-lahari.blogspot.com/>in
the right pane.
Regards,
राकेश्वर रावु
