I worked with Deron on this before he found the problem. 
There was a 
recommendation to install and updated Printer Driver which I
tried 
here.  It was unsuccessful on my system, but may work for
yours.  When 
trying the drivers I was careful to rename the old ones to
keep the new 
from overriding the old. 

I am very pleased I was able to help.
