Unknow working items in Edit Pallette with reshape tool and polygon PGS5.0.3.4 (

    Draw a polygon with the Polygon Tool (triangle formed tool) on a 
document, change the object tool to reshape tool.
Now in the Edit palette there are two items:

* 71 sideways with the 1 horizontal at the top (prerotation??)

* a turned arrow in a box (rotation angle??)

I can add numbers in those two without something changes if I click at 
the Apply button.
Nothing? If I rotate the polygon previously, and click the Apply button, 
the polygon rotation is back at the starting point.

Can anyone shed some light about this topic?
