Speaking of 64bit Operating Systems

Hi Guys/Gals,

Does somebody knows if PageStream 5 works on the 64bit Windows Vista?.

Not a clue, but there's no reason it shouldn't, so long as the required
compatibility layers are present.

Basically the same deal as with 64-bit Linux; PGS *won't* work in a
"pure" 64-bit environment, but works just fine in a hybrid environment,
so long as the dependent libraries are available as 32-bit.

I'd wonder about running it on an Itanium, though. Does Windows Vista
even *support* the Itanium? Or is it just AMD64?

have a look at my screenshots in the file area of this group. i ran
pagestream on a vista beta version (64bit).
