Downloading a New Purchase

Last Friday I purchased an upgrade from PageStream 4.1 to 5.0 Pro (OS4 version).

As of yet, I have not been given access to the downloadable file; nor have I been given a response to my e-mails ( sales%40pagestream.org">salespagestream.org) asking for information about how long it will be before I can download the newest beta file.

Even if I have to wait a while before I can download my recent purchase, it would be nice at the very least to get a response.

Hello Reverend!

The problem is simply I don't have Internet access at home right now,
and I do this when we get to town. The installer was supposed to come
out Monday but had car trouble. Now he is going to try and come Sunday
but we got enough rain to wash us down the river! (I guess the drought
here is about over now!)

Anyway, until this is resolved communications will be slow unless you
happen to be online when I am! I do know that I processed this order
earlier this week when I was in town and all should be well now.
