I have just treated myself on my first postscript capable printer an
hp2605dtn. The printing results from windows are beautifull, i gave a
foto a try on jusp plain paper and the result is stunning compared to
my now aging canon S450.
But ... pagestream gives mixed results. I am using pagestream4 because
5 is a mixed baf for me with issues that prevent me from using it much.
(the backspac - altough this is a little problem comparred with the
haphazard way of importing old pagestream documents, even just
crashing when I do this)
Printing seems to go haywire. I have two options a PS driver and a
PCL6 driver but both seem to have trouble with printing illustrations,
they don't appear, sometimes they are stuck in the wrong place. I just
did a test with a jpg wich I had cropped in pagestream and the PS
driver did not crop and placed another instance of the cropped image
on the page scaled down and rotated to show up complete?
