Well, I had been planning to ask that question here anyway, with samples of the pamphlet.

I think the masterpage bit would have been (and may be again?) a big help for all those pages that have an identical `ukulele stem in the middle.

I trust these will work (no time right now to make an html page that will show them all at once):
