A late response:
I looked in my Adobe Acrobat (= PDF) and found in:
Menu Tools / Print Productions / Convert Colors... to a:
Device CMYK: convert (even a RGB, Gray and Calibrated RGB convert).
The Destination Space (gamut / color space?) could be: U.S. Web Coated
(SWOP), but also diverse Europe and Japan related Destination Spaces
profiles. Some are for my Canon printer, and there is a lot more (dot
gains / gray gamma / PhotoShop).

So yes, there is such a beast. But not for the Amiga...
