PGS 5.0.4.17a gradient to pdf

In the readme:

Recorded changes to 5.0.4.9

+ Added taper support to Gradient/Radial Fills to PDF

I used the approach from Tim Doty from bug 206.
It doesn't work yet in my latest version (Windows) with Save as PDF.
It's only one color, blue.

I test this also with the PGS -> PS -> PDF, aaand.... Distiller made a
PDF file (miracle?!!, there was no real text in the document, though,
just a path).
But the colors were reversed (in PGS blue edges and in the PDF green edges).

Still progress, Deron, good.
