No, it's not Vista. It's Windows XP Pro(SP2).

I have PGS installed on a network drive. The "Documents and Settings"
directory is on my (local) c: drive.
Both for the version on the network drive and for the one in my
";Documents and Settings" I have full acces (read, write, change, execute).

They show a size of 41KB (Basic) and 94KB (Geo)and both are from
30.08.2003 (dd.mm.yyyy).
A quick check with an Editor shows that the files are not blank,
contain binary data and start with a "FORM".
I have a backup folder of my PGS Pro 5.0.4.4 Installation (on the
network drive). When I start PGS from there the borders work.
