Sounds rather interesting, alright so let me point out what
has to be 
done basically.

- Move from flat file logic to somethign else.
- Make the error handling much more reliable
- Maybe move from DOMD* to xmlwriter if possible (Did not
study this 
case yet -  no idea if possible)
- Get together and discuss about it 

I might be ready to give a little more time to it if I get
someone that 
is really serious about it.

Then, only way for you is to get it from david (ot from
Pepr), 
re-consider it then re-propose it
